Professional Land Surveying is the technique and science of accurately determining the terrestrial or three-dimensional position of points and the distances and angles between them.

Land surveying is the measurement and mapping of our surrounding environment.

Fees of professional land surveyor services are based upon the size and location of the project, the types of surveying services requested (i.e. ALTA survey, boundary survey, construction surveying, FEMA elevation certificates, Easements and Legal descriptions, Land divisions, Topographic Mapping etc.) and the complexity and time that will be required to complete the work. 

The Surveyor will do the research on the project and give you an estimate/proposal based on your survey needs.
